How Golden armor works with trims
Use golden armor when visual identity is more important than durability. It is excellent for desert temples, bastions, palace guards, and display stands.
Copper, redstone, lapis, emerald, and amethyst provide the best separation. Gold trim on golden armor is subtle and works only when you want a nearly monochrome ceremonial set.
Gold armor is useful in the Nether because piglins respect it, but it wears down quickly. Put your rare templates on gold when the set is for screenshots, roleplay, or display.
