Vex
The Vex smithing template uses a swirling, almost spectral motif that wraps the helmet and chestplate. The name fits — it looks like the vex mob it's named after, ghostly and unsettled.
Drops from Woodland Mansion chests at 5% per chest. Mansions are huge and chest-rich (the loot rooms, the dining hall, the various themed rooms) — sweep every chest you can find before leaving. One mansion of full looting often surfaces a Vex copy. Bring totems of undying and a way to handle the evokers and vindicators.
Pairs ominously with Netherite + Redstone ("Crimson Vex"), Netherite + Amethyst for a wraith look, or Diamond + Quartz for a ghostly pale variant.
