After the dragon, use End Gateways or bridge across islands, then clear End Cities tower by tower. Check ship and tower chests before leaving.

What to bring
Bring slow falling, blocks, ender pearls, food, and a plan for shulkers. Elytra makes repeat city hunting much faster.
For repeat farming, keep a smithing table, diamonds, and the matching duplication block near your route so the first template can become a full armor set quickly.
