Armor trims customise your gear in Minecraft. The Flow smithing template is applied at a smithing table, which consumes the template along with one of 11 trim materials.

Bedrock Edition

On Bedrock, use a smithing table — the /give command for trims is limited. After running:

/give @s netherite_chestplate

Apply the Flow template at a smithing table with diamond (or any other material) as the third ingredient.
