Raiser
The Raiser smithing template was added in 1.20 with Trail Ruins. It uses an upward-pointing chevron stack that reads as "raised banners" or stacked towers — feels architectural.
Find it by brushing rare suspicious gravel in Trail Ruins. Each rare archaeology roll has a 8.3% chance of yielding Raiser, in the same 12-entry pool as Host, Shaper and Wayfinder. Common and rare gravel look identical, so brush every suspicious block.
Pairs especially well with Iron + Copper for that old-world archaeology look, Netherite + Gold for a Pharaoh feel, or Diamond + Emerald for a treasured-relic vibe.
Armor trims are cosmetic only — no change to stats, durability or enchantments.

×2How to get the Raiser trim
Raiser is not in a chest. You brush suspicious gravel in Trail Ruins, the buried settlements found in taiga, snowy taiga, old-growth birch and pine forests, and jungle biomes.
On the rare archaeology table, Raiser, Host, Shaper and Wayfinder each occupy one of 12 equal entries: 8.3% per rare roll. Common and rare gravel look identical, so brush all of it.
Route tip Brushes break fast — bring four or five, or the feathers and copper to make more on site. Dig out the whole ruin footprint before you start brushing: suspicious gravel extends under the surface layer, and most players walk away from a ruin with a third of its blocks still buried.

Bedrock Edition
