Shaper
The Shaper smithing template is the most geometric of the three Trail Ruins trims — interlocking triangles that form a continuous pattern across helmet, chest, leggings, and boots. It reads as tribal or Aztec without being literally either.
Brush suspicious gravel in Trail Ruins to find it; ~2.8% chance per gravel block. Same loot pool as Raiser and Wayfinder, so it's worth clearing every suspicious-gravel tile in a ruin.
Best with Netherite + Copper for that earth-toned tribal look, Iron + Amethyst for purple-on-grey contrast, or Diamond + Quartz for a snowy / arctic geometric feel.
Armor trims are cosmetic only — no change to stats, durability or enchantments.

×2How to get the Shaper trim
Shaper is brushed out of suspicious gravel in Trail Ruins, sharing its loot table with Raiser and Wayfinder. Every gravel block you brush rolls for all three at once.
Trail Ruins are largely buried — what shows above ground is a fraction of the structure. The gravel that actually holds templates is usually in the sections you have to excavate.
Route tip Bring several brushes and a shovel. Clear the topsoil across the whole footprint first, then brush systematically in rows; the common failure is brushing the visible blocks, deciding the ruin is dry, and leaving two thirds of it untouched under a metre of dirt.

Bedrock Edition
On Bedrock, use a smithing table — the /give command for trims is limited. After running:
